Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date you received it. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in the original packaging with labels and hangtags properly attached.

Once the item is received, we will email you about the status of your refund. Your refund will be issued in the same tender as used for the purchase. A return processing fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your credit card company, the refund should appear on your statement within two billing cycles. If your return is not approved for a refund, it will be sent back to you and the return shipping costs will be billed to your credit card.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Complete the return form attached to your invoice, enclose it with your item in our re-sealable mailing bag, affix the SmartLabel to the outside of the mailing bag and drop it in the mail. For your reference, please make note of the tracking number located beneath the barcode on the SmartLabel. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to get a different item, color or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order online. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.

Tiel Dorein cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact us at info@tdnewyork.com before returning.
